Trips, spots and gear, in one place.
A regular round-up for the club, so everyone knows what is running, what is filling up and what is still open.
Six things worth knowing this month. Two trips are already on the calendar, two more are taking shape for next winter, the season here has been a good one, and there are three kites looking for a new rider. We will send this round once a month, or once a quarter when there is less to tell.
Morocco · April 2027
The lagoon is the closest thing there is to a training ground you cannot fall off, and we cannot wait to be back on it with you.
The autumn 2026 weeks are over. The next Dakhla trip is being built for April 2027, and pre-booking is open.
Brazil · 4 Nov to 2 Dec
Three bases, one month, one long stretch of wind. Come for a single stop or ride the whole thing end to end.
It opens at Tatajuba, where the river meets the sea between Camocim and Jericoacoara and the wind arrives with the same manners every afternoon. Then Praia do Macapá in Piauí, five days on flat water and nothing else to think about. It closes at Ilha do Guajiru, lagoon riding for anyone who does not want the month to end.
Two ways to join: coaching on its own if you would rather sort your own bed, or coaching with accommodation if you would rather we handle all of it. Both are still open, though not forever.
Kenya · July 2027
January is off. The Kenya trip now runs in mid-July 2027, in peak Kusi trade-wind season.
Same plan: Pole Pole Beach House, daily coaching, a Tsavo safari day and a downwind day. Same prices too, and the early bird runs until 30 November 2026.
The exact dates get fixed in the coming weeks. Pre-booking is open now.
Dominican Republic · February 2027
North coast, warm water, steady trade wind, and a beach where nobody is in your way.
It is the quiet end of the island, a long way from the spots that fill up. The package will be a room, breakfast and dinner, and coaching, with a softer rate if you come as a pair. Exact dates and prices are close.
If it speaks to you, say so now, even with no commitment. That is precisely what was missing for Kenya, and it is what lets us lock a trip in early instead of watching it slip.
Fuerteventura · home base
The riders who came through this summer made real progress, and that is still the best part of the job.
Between trips we are here all year. Coaching by the session, or coaching with a place to stay if you want to come over for a few days. It works as well for unpicking one stubborn thing as it does for a full week.
