I'm Hugo, a French pro kitesurfer focused on wind, spots and clean progression. I grew up in Vendée, a department I'm proud of for exactly that: wind and waves.
My first kite tack was in Cabarete in 2001.
Before coaching full time, I spent years as a manager, then two years in Miami building and distributing a kitesurf and paddleboard gear line. Clear direction, good vibe — both stuck with me since.
Years bouncing between destinations mean I know the local conditions, the water reads, the timing — and it shows up in the daily calls: sharp reads, good timing, and calm support when it matters.
